  There is a good range of sports available at Mill House Social Club. From the newly formed and strongly performing football team to rings and snooker there is sure to be something you can get involved in. After all it is participation that makes our club so successful.
 The recently formed football is doing well in the Romford and District League and has its own pitch at Old Dagenham Park.

 We have 2 rings teams that play in the League and make an annual trip to Ireland to compete on the sport's home ground.

 There is a strong golfing section which plays regularly and spends 2 weekends away in May and September.

 There are 2 darts boards at the club and we're in the process of arranging fixtures for our two teams. | | |
 The club has a modern pool table in the games room and every month there's a speed pool competiton with £50 going to the player who can pot the balls in the shortest time. | | |
